WEDNESDAY 15 SEPTEMBER 1971
258th day - 107 days to come
Jed Gaines called again. He wanted to buy a copy of my
INTERPLAY for his patent attorney, who wants to contact
Stancraft. When I told him I didn't thnk it was on sale
in N.Y. he asked if I had a spare I could mail
him first class mail. Told him I would send him one. He'll
send me a check for $6 plus the postage. His address:
{Jed Gaines
{Gamut of Games Inc.
{1133 Broadway
{New York, N.Y., 10010 (873-2227)
He said that if there was ever anything he could do for me,
to save me a trip downtown or anything else, just
call on him.
In my discussion with Joel he said they'd like to do
classic type games and I mentioned FOCUS. I mentioned
it again to Jed. They are interested, if things work out
O.K. with BRIDGETTE this X'Mas.
Called Felicia and told her about my call from Zena Gelman.
She's willing to look at Tulley's (Anatole Holt games. (GAMES.)
Rcd. another correct SLEUTH solution to the S & T problem,
special delivery.
Made repros of the AIRLINE rules at The Copy Shop.
Showed the HOLEY TERROR problem to Barbara Horn. She didn't
do very well with it.
(Cont. from 9/16) [9/17]
that Xerox is going into the game field.
Called Earl Perel to say so long and to tell him that he is a
full fledged N.Y.G.A. member. He suggested a meeting
sometime - probably on a Wednesday with his friend Issy
who is interested in games but does not, as yet, invent them.
Called Arthur. He said he had a completely new GAME played
with the BYWORD deck. I said that we could play it at the
next N.Y.G.A. meeting at Earl's. Arthur said that he and Wald
weren't going there again. They can't stand the neighborhood.
Also they don't think much of Earl's apartment.
Took Wald's address:
{Wald Amberstone
{74-06 17th Ave.
{Brooklyn, N.Y. 11204
