Harry Ferber, in a letter to Ilka, mentioned that the business
section of the JAPAN TIMES had a picture of three
3M games and a mention that they were produced
by "Sumitomo 3M Ltd. of Tokyo". ACQUIRE and TWIXT were
identified, but not the third. The price is 3,950 yen (about $11.00).
Harry wondered if these were my games. I told Ilka about
ACQUIRE and BAZAAR and to ask Harry to send me the
clippings if he sees anything on them.
Dad returned the book PIONERSKAJA IGROTEKA together with
his translation of the parts I asked for.
Gave him EUGEN OKER'S SPIELWIESE and asked him to
translate, starting at the beginning until he got tired.
Towards the end of the book I eliminated some Hobby sections.

ians. They are doing some work on the p. & p. game BOXES.
I told Martin about SPACE STIX and he'd like to see it.
A Swiss game inventor is bringing him a lot of GAMEs to look
at tomorrow. He'd said he'd like me to meet him, but it
is during the afternoon. I reminded him that I am not
working and he invited me over.
I'll bring the material on HALMA, etc. that Martin
would like to look at.
Started a letter to the publisher of FANTOCCINI.
Claude called. wald told him something about next Thurs.
at Felicia's when Claude called Wald. I filled him in. He'll
be there.
Told him that Felicia wants him to take back PACK MY TRUNK.
He is satisfied that Felicia tried it in quite a few places.
He found a catalog of educational materials that is almost
500 pages. It contains WATCH and some other games,
but none of mine. He'll probably let me keep the catalog
here. // He asked me to give Martin Gardner the copy of GENIUS BLOCKS I took from Felicia.
