THURSDAY 25 FEBRUARY 1971
56th day - 309 days to come
Bob Hallowell called. Wanted to meet downtown at 12 today. Couldn't
make it conveniently and couldn't make other arrangements
today. I asked if he intended coming out with
MANHATTAN MADNESS this year. He said that would be im-
possible for him and that I should show it to others with that
in mind. I said that no one else could do it this year.
Since there is no hurry why not wait and I'll drive up with
it to Mt. Kisco after the Fairs. He thought that was a
good idea and then we could discuss other items I have.
Called Mickey Mackay's office. She wasn't in today. She may
be in tomorrow morning. Left word that she could reach
me here if she wanted to.
To 200 Fifth Ave. to register for Toy Fair. Met Mickey Mackay who
had rcd. my message. She said that CARDINO had picked up
in Washington and Chicago thanks to my column, and "she owes me
a lunch." I'll meet her at the M.B. showroom on Wednesday AM,
she'll have a CARDINO for me and maybe STRATEGY POKER. They
don't have anything new games at the adult level.
