Wrote to Gini Scott, asking for glossy of CONFRONTATION
and OH PEG IT. Also sent her the sheet from S & T
with COMBINATION, etc.
Wrote to Lester J. Gendron, manufacturer of LAWSUIT.
Asked for a glossy and sent him the S & T sheet.
Wrote to Jerry D'Arcey asking info on capital gains
from his accountant.
Wrote to Frank Thibault. Sent him copies of my
S & T columns. He'll now have all except the one
with INVASION. Apologized for some typos in the
review of PLOY (His name was given as Rank Thibault).
Called Jim Dunnigan. Complained about the typos in my column.
He's putting new people on the proof-reading.
Told him that I needed my press card and more sta-
tionery. He'll send it to me tomorrow, and probably
a copy of STALINGRAD III.
STRATEGY I will be ready in about a month.
Hecht (of Hecht-Vidmer) sent him to a company called

a simple card GAME which he will show to the,. The
fee is a flat $1500. I told him that was pretty low.
He said that if it was a success he'd ask for more
next time.
He has received a number of letters praising my col-
umn. One in particular also praised ACQUIRE, the
writer saying that it was the only game he could
get his family to play with him. He'll send it to me.
Called Phil Orbanes.
Renwal may be on the brink of bankruptcy and he
doesn't know where he stands. He hasn't been able
to pin down Jerry Goldstein for a talk, when he does
he'll try to find out about TAM-BIT and TAKE FIVE:
tho he recommends my calling Lou Wechsel about them.
He has been in touch with Bob Hallowell and Bob Reiss a
great deal lately. Hallowell is interested in two
