Called Bob Abbott to see if he knew Paul Axel (see 12/24). He had corresponded with him quite a bit, but never met him.
Bob thought that sales of 7000 for AGOG were
great. He has finally gotten about $40 over his advance on
ABBOTT'S NEW CARD GAMES. Last year he got about $200
for WHAT'S THAT ON MY HEAD?
Started to play THINKING MAN'S BASKETBALL with Dale's
Phil, but he gave up before we finished the rules.
Dad brought me the translation of ALSOS and MARIAS.
