SUNDAY 29 NOVEMBER 1970
First Sunday in Advent 333rd day - 32 days to come
Finished the 9 towers for TORTURE TOWERS. Working with
them and found there were many solutions. The easiest
way to fix this is to put colors on the base which must
match the bottoms of the towers.
Called Phil Orbanes and told him about the puzzle. He gave
me the address and telephone number to contact Carl
Eisenberg tomorrow: [bracket] Everyone Products, Inc.
Carl J. Eisenberg
150 Fifth Ave. (Entrance on 20th St.)
New York, N.Y. 10011
242-3823
Phil liked the name TORTURE TOWERS.
I asked about financial arrangements and he suggested
a 75%-25% split. He also suggested having the contract done
thru "Infinity-Quest." I agreed.
He said that Carl had decided not to take a chance
on CONGLOMERATES. However Phil has worked out another GAME
for him (wouldn't tell me anything about it).
Carl is willing to give 5% royalties and a $1000 advance
on royalties.
The contract between Bob Hallowell and "Infinity-Quest"
is signed and is now in Cleveland, along with my
contract.
My father by mistake retranslated some material from KÁRTYA-KÉZIKÖNYU.
(cont. from 11/30) [12/1]
and hands rank 4 of a color (with a order of the
colors), 1 of each color, 3 of a color, 2 pair, 1 pair.
Before my meeting I went to "Copyquick" where I
reproduced the pages Michael Dummett wanted reproduced
from REPERTORIO COMPLETO DE TODOS LOS JUEGOS myself - at
7¢ a sheet. Left the following to be reproduced and
picked them up before going home:-
pages from the book PANDORA. Pages from KÁRTYA-KÉZIKÖNYU.
The following Interact games - SUNSHINE, PANIC, MISSION, DESTINY, DIVISION.
Rcd. THE GENERAL (Nov.-Dec. 1970).
Rcd. a letter from an AGOG reader who wanted
addresses to order:- CONFRONTATION, DIPLOMACY,
CONVENTION, PARLEMENT, SECRECY. He included a
25¢ money order to cover my expenses.
