TUESDAY 24 NOVEMBER 1970
328th day - 37 days to come
Rcd. the Nov. '70 (Vol. 5, No. 7) issue of PANZERFAUST.
Also a note from Donald Greenwood asking for
my biography so I can be featured as "Wargamer
of the Month." He also asked if I would write for
the magazine.
The issue contains CRUSADMACY, a medieval
variation of DIPlOMACY. Also a review of Lynn Rick
Johnson's 3-D CHESS.
Rcd. the SOMA ADDICT (Vol. 1, No. 1), thanks to Tom At-
water. Has a lot of new SOMA puzzles.
Poultron Press forwarded a letter from
F.E. Wadly
6402 Olympia Ave.
Tampa, Florida 33614
He complained about his treatment from GAME OF THE MONTH CLUB (N___)
who [crossout] didn't answer him when he didn't buy any-
thing at once, and from GAME OF THE MONTH CLUB (NY) who
promised him a refund but didn't give it to him after
he returned a game they sent him that he didn't
want.
Sent a FOCUS booklet and the sheet of reviews for
AGOG to "Thomas J. McHugh" (see 11/17).
Telephone call from Felicia. She told me more about her
problems with Steve Barkoczy. He was at someone's
office and they called her. She said that she had
kicked Steve out and few other things, which
Steve heard. He said he could sue for slander. Appar-
antly she made up with him enough to resubmit
PENT-HOUSE.
X sent him a very curt letter saying his terms for
TRIP were unacceptable.
Another call from Felicia and she put Rudy Lopez on. He
was concerned about when I would have LIVE WIRE
completed, but he was very pleasant and told me not to
let it interfere with my recovery. Told him I hoped
to have something done by the middle of December and
then we can get together. He has a number of
other ideas to show me.
In our first conversation I told Felicia about
PLANES and OVER 'N OVER.
Sent out PLAYTHINGS card for info on POKERETTE and
CLASS.
