Wednesday 2 September 1970
245th day - 120 days to come
Tom Nelson and Audrey Pierce to "Hallmark" to watch "Gabe
Silverman" (I believe) take pictures of me demonstrating
my games.
Audrey brought a copy of ACQUIRE and BAZAAR and
about 100 more brochures.
I asked Tom, in private, about a rumor that "Stancraft"
is trying to sell their game line. Not so- they are adding
to it.
A woman who was rather a pest yesterday came back
with a copy of AGOG for me to autograph about half a
dozen copies of the COMBINATION column to different
people.
Albert Field called about the Marshal McLuhan cards. He'll call
back in about 2 weeks when my load has eased. I told
him that I'd give him the info on them so he can try to get
a deck himself. If unsuccessful I'll let him have mine.
I asked if he had come across anything in my line
since my visit. No, he is going to see "Kay Gregory"
this week. (I think) I asked him to check if she had any-
thing that I would be interested in.
I called Gary Sherbell
186 Lincoln Pl.
Brooklyn, N.Y. 11217
638 - 4627
(see 8/19) about TORTS - THE GAME OF LAWSUITS. Told him about
Felicia and he will go with her terms. I'll try to set up a
meeting next week when I go downtown to meet Claude.
(cont. from 9/3) [9/3]
The GRIT article has not been given a time slot
yet.
Asked Marv about the TOYS AND NOVELTIES directory which
I haven't red. yet. He said they were held up and are just
going out now.
The computor student from Buffalo who had me autograph the
book was: Ken Kendall
