THURSDAY 6 AUGUST 1970
Transfiguration 218th day - 147 days to come
Called Ken Morgan (243-2668) about MOVIE MOGULS.
He called Philadelphia about some components
that were due. They told him that they were in
the mail. He was concerned about getting the
game to me tomorrow but I told him that next
week would be fine.
I brought in copies of S&T #19 & #20 and Ken will
pick them up when he brings me his game and
will deliver them to "David LeFebrre."
Fay Hertog called in the morning. She had my royalty statement
and was checking on the deduction for A.A. Will call
back. Later she got no answer when she called the
office and called BB saying it was OK to deposit
the royalty check for AGOG. They will send me
a separate check for the $144.00. I called her
later and she told me this.
Felicia called. She rcd. the carbon of the letter from J. Kraus.
The Rolling Front Game Co. will be coming out in Sept.
with a game called BYZANTIUM "a strategy game of design."
They are sending her a copy and if I'm a good boy she'll
give it to me. "Brentano's" and "Bloomingdale's" are crazy about
ti. The principles of the company researched the market
carefully to make sure the game was original. They have
decided to hold up introduction of their game SHAZZLE.
She had a letter from Bob Edwards of X. They can understand
INDIAN CHESS now, but it seems too juvenile for their pur-
poses.
Another fellow (whose name I don't remember) has joined
them in charge of children's games.
Rcd. another long letter from Haar Hoolim with comments
of AGOG.
Herb Siegel (the antique game collector) sent me
a copy of the STAR-LEDGER clipping and a note that
he was looking forward to our visit in the fall.
Rcd. Aug. '70 PANZERFAUST. It has a review of VECTOR
and a complete game - ARNHEM.
(cont. from 78/7) [9/14]
