MONDAY 26 JANUARY
1970 26th day - 339 days to come
Wrote letter to Alex Randolph & started one to Haar Hoolim.
Rewrote the rules of MATCHED SET changing it back to
MARLBORO COUNTRY. BB typed them.
Called Sol H. Levison (see 1/14) and found out that it was
his 28 yr. old son, Alan wrote to me. Tried to call
him but no answer.
Finished putting all the 1969 game diary onto cards.
Mailed the following letters:
Dan Miller - with copy of BOISSIÉRE'S PYTHAGOREAN GAME.
Gary Crum

Joseph A. Weisbecker
NAMO (Where are the games?)

the value of the game at that point. If not the game
continues as if he had made a regular pick, but the
value of the game is doubled.
When only two cards remain the non-dealer may "double."
If the dealer then leaves his card he wins double the value
of the game. If the dealer removes his card the dealer
wins [crossed out] the value of the game.
Felicia called. Her trip to Boston (see 1/27) was good.
The PUZZLE consists of joined pcs. that can be played
with. She has a complete description of it to show me.
The inventor is Larry Nichols, the chief engineer of
the company. He likes games and is crazy about MONAD.
Would like to hear from me.
Felicia wants to send a copy of AGOG to Larry Nichols
and to the head of the company. (Didn't get the name.)
I'll bring her two when I see her next week and sell
them to I-S at wholesale.) Larry liked ABBOTT'S NEW CARD GAMES.
Henry Pelham Burn called. PACE Magazine has folded af-
ter the Dec. 1969 issue and he is back in N.Y. Wanted to
give me a copy of Dec. issue but I told him I already
have it. He'd like to get together and I'll call and invite
him to supper as soon as I get back to work.
