SATURDAY 17 JANUARY
Benjamin Franklin--Born 1706 1970 17th day - 348 days to come
Rcd. a letter from Hamleys. SHERLOCK HOLMES is out of
stock. They are sending me a refund of £ 2-3-8. The
other 4 games are on the way.
From Random House rcd. a copy of the review for AGOG that
appeared in Women's Wear Daily. (Thru the clipping service.)
Put together the 7 copies of MALÉ CARLO. 6 of them
filed in the "Miscellaneous" File Case.
Called Phil Orbanes with my idea for EXCALIBUR. He figured
that it could be made in plastic in layers which coul dbe
snapped together. I'll try making a cardboard model in
layers.
Called Claude and spoke to Ann. Suggested getting together
next Thursday (Claude busy on Wednesday). She'll have Claude
call me.
Called Arthur. He has a new game, DRAGON, to show me.
It is played on the plain black board like their AGON,
but they have gotten rid of the ambiguities.
Made tentative date for me to go their next Friday.
Spent a lot of time looking for the Pan Am. GAME I
mentioned yesterday. Couldn't find it. (To my memory
it was very simple and I neglected to enter it probably).
