Felicia called. An inventor of a political game (QUEST) will be there tomorrow at 12. Arranged to be there. Also to return THE SIGNS ARE 12 which Arnold Shapiro wants to see.
Dan Ferrone of IMPACT called. He definitely wants me to do a moon GAME. He wants one suitable from age 5 up, but that a family can play. He asked if I had discussed financial arrangements with Felicia. Told him not completely. He said he was going to discuss it further with her.
Called Felicia in evening to tell her of Dan's call. She heard from Jerry Dougherty. The first reaction by his contact at TWA to GO SEE was very favorable.
Rcd. X'Mas cards from Jim Dunnigan & Frank Thibault. No messages.
Martin Gardner sent me a clipping from the "N.Y. Review" for a series of 7 sophisticated adult games: SENSITIVITY, ODD PIECES, CALPURNIA, WORKING PARTNERS, MAKING MOVIES, OPTIONS UNLIMITED, ADULTERY. These are available for $2 from:

Rcd. a letter from Alex Randolph. Randolph All is forgiven. Not a word, however, about the check for $100. He is having a game based on pattern recognition published in Japan - (GAME). He is writing a book on SHOGI.
Called Phil Orbanes. He is not particularly happy at Allstate. When his contract is up in June he would like to leave, or to get a consultant's job with them.
He sees Infinity creating games, contracting the manufacture, and Bob Hallowell handling the distribution (Bob Hallowell is the one behind BRIDGEVERYONE).
I told him that I would probably be able to work full time on games if I could be sure of $5000 in additional income. He said that Infinity would certainly be able to handle that, due to a project described in the last report.
Bob Hallowell wants us to work on a card-word game called YOUR OWN THING. We'll get together at the end of January to discuss it.
Jim Dunnigan called. The package wasn't DYNASTY. He will call to tell me where Red Simenson saw it.
Phil said that in Cleveland he saw two new card games being test marketed by 3M.
