THURSDAY 18 DECEMBER 1969
352nd day - 13 days to come
Called Diane. Gave her Miriam Frederick's address to be put in list of of random book reviewers.
Diane checked with Monitor and probably my interview will be dropped.
Stan Harris called. He asked if I would prepare the copy for the catalog sheets for SNAFU, TAB-BIT, and TAKE FIVE, not more than 50 words each. Agreed. Will mail them to him at end of next weekend.
Jerry Dougherty called. He will see his contact at Enjay during the week of 1/5/70. He would like to show TOTALLY - - also. said I'd have it ready by then.
He played TROMINO GO with his wife last night and both found it fascinating. He is finding more in THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS.
Called Felicia about the contract with IMPACT. I want more definite provisions about returning game(s) to me when they were thru with them. Last night Jerry agreed that the clause as now written in unfair.
I think that the contract should include me, similar to our deals with game companies.
I agreed that my my name doesn't have to appear, but I want it specified that the games cannot be credited to anyone else.
She'll take these up tomorrow.
I told her about the progress with Renwal.
Rcd. a FOCUS order from: Donald DEREZINSKI

San Francisco, Cal. 94133
This was from Oct. '63 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN. He asked if I had any other games.
Called Jim Dunnigan & confirmed date to test LENSMAN to-morrow.
[cont. from 12/19] [12/19]
had.
Took the board & cards for CONFRONTATION. But Jim didn't know where the result chart was right now.
Jim and I discussed the idea of starting a new mag-azine GAME WORLD with me as an editor.
