SUNDAY 7 DECEMBER 1969
Second Sunday in Advent
341st day - 24 days to come
Finished the introduction for KNIGHT CHASE wrote a letter
to Alex, enclosing a check for $100. Called Fabio and
he asked me to change some of the wording concerning him
in the letter. Did. Will probably get together tomorrow
after work to go over my introduction.
He rcd. a very angry letter from Alex. Among other
things Alex said he didn't want the 10% commission,
since he is so unhappy with the book. (But he didn't
say it to me.)
Earlier in day played COUNTERPOINT • with BB. Introduced a rule
that a player could not move a piece so that it was not
adjacent, including diagonally, to at least one other piece
of that color, unless the other pc, ends up in an adjacent
group of 5 of that color. Kept the rule that a
player could choose which of the two colors he switched
he wishes to keep for the next turn, except that after
scoring he must keep the color not scored in. If
he scores in both he can take his choice. Worked fine -
I think.
Lilian Barasch called Maxine Fiel (see 11/20 told Lilian
that she has a tremendous amount of pull at Parker.
Actually she is trying to set her husband up as an agent
for me. I thanked Lilian, but I told her that I already
knew the important people at Parker, without success in
placing a game there, and what I certainly didn't need is
another agent.
Called my cousin, Esther to thank her for her telegram of
congratulations on AGOG., she said that she would sent me
the ad from the WASHINGTON POST.
Sent back the form letter to the "Game of the Month
Club"(NJ) refusing the monthly selection- WORD POWER.
Sent a letter to: {Dynasty Internation, Inc.
{P.O Box 480 -
{Lenox Hill Station
{New York, NY, 10021
on S&T stationery asking for more info on DYNASTY.
