MONDAY 17 NOVEMBER 1969
321st day - 44 days to come
Called Felicia. Made a date to go there at lunchtime Friday, to pick
up MATRIX.
Diana Jaust called. She spoke to Monitor and the taping is on for
Thursday. The writer will probably call me on Wednesday.
The boxes I ordered (see 11/3 and 11/10) were delivered to the office.
No bill yet. They now come in boxes of 12 and they sent
12. (I'll have to bring the car in to carry it home.)
Stopped by the adult game store on 4th Ave. to see if I could order some
purple and orange chips. They weren't interested.
(cont. from 12/5) {12/5]
telling him about some of the letters I rcd.
Rcd. the Dec. PACE Magazine and a short note from
Susan Vibert that she loved MONAD. She gives AGOG
a fairly good mention and includes a quote from
me together with quotes from Ed Parker, Bill Caruson,
and others. Mentions my games and shows the whole Bookshelf line.
Rcd. a letter from : -
{Paul Jackson
{10 Brentwood Rd.
{Raritan, N.J. 08869
He sent me the rules for PENTOMINOES after reading
AGOG.
Rcd. a congratulation telegram from my cousin Esther.
Thet saw the Sat SATURDAY REVIEW writeup and
an ad for AGOG in the WASHINGTON POST.
At our meeting Felicia gave me an ad sheet she did
for "Wayne Toytown". She included BALI, VENTURE,
and ACQUIRE.
Alfons Rubbens of House of Games called during day and
again in evening (from Canada I believe). In my letter
to him I said the Renwal was coming out with two of
my games. He told me that they were going to handle
his games under the House of Games label. He would like
to handle my games in Canada, if they are done under
the House of Games label too. I told him I'd check with
Stan Harris.
I asked him about getting copies of his puzzles. He'll
send them if I send him a copy of AGOG. O.K.
(cont. on 11/16)
