MONDAY 29 SEPTEMBER 1969
St. Michael and All Angels
272nd day - 93 days to come
Called Felicia to remind her to write to Redpath. Not in. Left
word with answering service to call me back.
Called Fabio and told him about my conversation with Martin.
Spoke ti him about possible ad in S & T and the NFFF
GAMESLETTER. Also a review in S & T. Suggested that
I give one of my copies of A GAMUT OF GAMES to Jim
and then when I bring samples of the magazine to
Barbara I'll get another. Told him probably on Wednesday.
Finished an introduction to my column and BB typed the whole thing.
Looked thru copies of GAMESLETTER to find one to reproduce
to bring to Barbara. Decided while led
on Vol. 4, No. 15 since it has some good flyers. While
looking thru decided to subscribe to PANZER FAUST, when
I get around to it.
Spoke to Jim about getting my column to him. He is
behind so there is no big hurry. I'll mail it rather than
have him pick it up at the office.
Rcd. a letter from "Game - of - the Month Club". Also a
folder listing SHAKESPEARE as this month's selection and
CHUTZPAH, GAMES PEOPLE PLAY, STUDENT SURVIVAL, and
HELMA OR CHINESE CHECKERS as alternates.
In my talk with Jim I asked about a review of my book.
He will have Al, a professor on his stall do a
review and one of Featherstone's books for the next
edition after the one due now.
