SUNDAY 20 JULY 1969
Seventh Sunday after Trinity
201st day - 164 days to come
Working on game diary all day.
(cont from 7/25)[7/26]
it might be a good idea to make a certain number
of moutains at the end worth more than 1 point. Another
idea would be to keep the "counters" secret so that the
number of mountains would not bo known till the end.
Then we played SPECTRUM. It worked well, even tho we were
tired. Tried at first that with two playing the game was even
when the tower line in front of a player was emptied the
game was won. Then thought of the idea of requiring the transfer
of any 6 towers in order to win.
Another possible rule to keep a player from running a tower
onto the field if it is fortunately piled would be to
prohibit two moves in a row from and tothe same two spaces.
Sent a reproduction of my [illegible crossed out] TROMINO GO column to Jim Dunnigan.
