SATURDAY 19 JULY 1969
200th day - 165 days to come
Went to Post Office & picked up HYPER-SPACE. It was there, waiting
for our postman to take it with him. A simple, but really good
game - I am pretty sure.
Arthur called and I asked him some points about HIGH DECK PUZZLE and
ALCHEMY (see 7/10).
Rcd. a letter from Tom Atwater about TEMPO. He also said that
Hank Simmons is now one of the 4 princpals of "Leisure Dynamics, Inc."
which owns Lakeside and is out to acquire more companies.
Weir meeting at the Sternberg's. Brought them the slightly used copy
of the test-marketing edition of BAZAAR.
We played TEMPO, ODD OR EVEN, and INTERPLAY. All were liked.
Brought along SPECTRUM but didn't get a chance to play it.
