transcription
Friday 28 March 1969
87th day - 278 days to come
Called Harold Lazow, the rep of Broman Percepta and asked whether the
games were taken over by Saalfield. He didn't know, but he
wants me to see SHOOT THE MOON. Will go there next Friday; the
only day he is in the office is on Friday.
Called Harold Frankel's number. Spoke to his wife during day
and then got him in evening. Asked him about C&O/B&O and ANZIO.
He just heard from Tom Shaw that they would be shipped soon and
suggested that I contact him. Harold doesn't have any at the show-
room yet.
Called Barbara Francis twice and made a date for next Thursday.
Played 500 RUMMY with dad & Ilka.
Thought of an idea for SQUARE SOLITAIRE. (Described it in letter
to Lech finished tomorrow.)
Rcd. a repro of Jim Dunnigan's game UP AGAINST THE WALL, MOTHER FUCKER,
which was published in the Columbia Spectator.
Also rcd. the diagram for THE LANDLORD's GAME back from Barbara
Francis.
