Thursday 2 January 1969
2nd day - 363 days to come
Lee Horn called to see if I could tape a radio broadcast next
Wednesday. Sure. It will be on Mutual and she'll mail me
more details.
Told her of my book and she was interested.
Called Jerry D'Arcey. He thinks ANOTHER is good but should be made
up at lux as a luxury game & that the name should be changed.
He didn't show it to Createk since he heard that they were in financial
trouble. He was thinking of Mattel but we agreed that it probably
wasn't for them. He asked whether he should send it back to me
and I said to hold it 'till he comes to New York in February, which
he said he was going to do. Later changed my mind and asked him
to send it to me; did this in a letter.
He has sold HANG UP to Lakeside 3% and [illegible] $500 down.
down. I told him that Parker was going with SOMA and he was pretty
angry about it, and fed up with Parker.
It looks like Frank has sold PLOY to 3M. They are discussing terms
In the letter to Jerry told him of Alice's accident.
Rcd. an article from Nov. 1968 Popular Science Mag. on
"Crazy Cubes" which mentions INSTANT INSANITY, MENTAL BLOCKS,
and NICE CUBES. (Filed in articles from periodicals.)
