FRIDAY 23 AUGUST 1968
236th day - 130 days to come
Lee Horn of 3M called. Audrey Pierce, who occasioally does
publicity for 3M will call me early next week to
arrange to bring a syndicated newspaper woman to interview
me and see my "fabulous" game collection.
Felicia called. Letter from Mary Hilt of Whitman. They
expect to have the more adult version of FOCUS ready
soon, hopefully this year.
The inventor of COPRA RUN wrote to them asking about
his game. Alice will write to him saying that their
game expert was very busy and the inventor will have to wait.
More from Mary Hilt. They will be in New York during
September to look at anything interesting we have to show.
To Alice to after work to pick up the INFINITE PLANE
& VENTURE CAPITAL contracts. Also a covering letter to
Will which was very flattering about SPELLBINDER.
Later I had Freda witness my signature and mailed
them out.
I asked Alice if she had ever written to Olinski about
DON'T FENCE ME IN. She had, but s suggesting he
send in a model. So far no answer.
The foreign book dealer, particularly Slavic books, on
our floor at work said he'd keep an eye out for me
for books on games.
