THURSDAY 1 AUGUST
1968 214th day - 152 days to come
Called Nick Politis to see if he sent the three games to Lech Pijanowski.
Yesterday was his last day. Spoke to Lee Horn. She was rather
formal, but, hopefully, it may be because she is new at the job.
This is on Thursday <-- [arrow from Friday August 2 page onto this page]
(cont. from 8/7) [8/7]
museum typed up for me. She also gave me some rules which
I had reproduced there. She suggested writing to her
telling which games I would like to see in advance of a
trip there and she would have them ready for me.

[All material from the Essex Institute is in the Parker
Archives box.]
On way home from Salem stopped in Concord, Mass. Looked at
bookstore there. No old books on games.
At home found a check from Ideal for $54.77 for
2nd quarter - CASE OF THE ELUSIVE ASSASSIN.
Nice catal letter from Createk enclosing a catalog and
giving their rep. in New York, A.H. Delfausse Organization,
200 Fifth Ave.
Claude called. He brought copies of SCOFFLAW and EYEWITNESS.
I have the former and the rules of the latter. Claude will
give me the latter after his children play with it for awhile.
Three copies of the contract for INFINITE PLANE came from
3M with $125 checks for me and for I-S.
BB told me that Mike Abrams called to call check how
SUCCESSION was doing. He'll call at work tomorrow.
