TUESDAY 9 JULY
1968 191st day - 175 days to come
To Gary & Riedel. Picked up HAAR HOOLIM'S PERCEPTION GAMES and
THE VERBAL GAME for a total of $4.20. The secretary also
gave me a set of rules for BEELINE with a complete description of
the board & equipment.
Called Nick Politis and made arrangements for meeting tomorrow.
Brought GO SEE-- to Felicia and Alice to send to S & R.
Felicia said that she had seen Natalie Donna, who knows Longo.
He invents game himself (she didn't know which) and is
pretty tough to sell. She was impressed that he wanted us to sell send
him a game.
Will Erickson called about BALI. Alice told him that I had fixed up
VENTURE CAPITAL so that I liked it. Alice said she could hear the
satisfaction in his voice. He is going to Racine to price cards for the
game at Western Printing.
The model of THESE UNITED STATES arrived.
The gal who is the first screener (I think ) of games at 3M
called Alice with some questions on Jake William's FACTOR. Jake,
who didn't have a cop came up later, didn't have a copy of
the rules. I offered to give him a reproduction tomorrow morning.
The gal asked Alice if the game could be made into a children's
game - which rather frightened Alice.
We discussed I'M ALL TIED UP a little and all decided that there
wasn't any point in going ahead with it, because of the safety angle.
Spoke to Claude and discussed a possible N.Y.G.A. meeting on 7/19.
