She had a letter from Will Erickson saying he was looking
forward to seeing FLINGERS and just mentioning that he was
expecting my games. Felicia said that he said that
"game inventors were like a bunch of gossiping old women"
when Alice mentioned the matter of others not having the
reduction clause in their contract. In this letter he didnm't
mention the matter at all.
Felicia said that when she told Natalie Donna that I was a
foremost authority on games, the latter gave a raucous laugh.
Mary Hill at Whitman wrote saying that the discussion on
DANGER STRAITS would come soon.
