FRIDAY 31 MAY 1968
152nd day - 214 days to come
Called Mel Meyer. No Answer.
The clipping from Felicia on HI-LO came. Seems to be a board game of
moving by throw of dice and answering questions from a book for
different rewards and penalties, for missing.
Rcd. a pleasant letter from Jim Morgan.
Went to Toy City with Claude, Anne, and BB. Showed BAZAAR to Ritchie
(The set I brought to Claude to give to his friend Eric, who
gave Dana advice about his air conditioner and a new thermostat.
Saw LOVE (Hasbro). Pretty much a steal of TWISTER. Object to
spell out l-o-v-e by puttinh hands and feet on the various
letters according to a spinner. (Rough Idea.)
Saw THE UNDERSEA WORLD OF JACQUES COUSTEAU GAME (P). Seemed fairly
complicated, but just about all [crossed out] luck. (Will look at it again
sometime.
Bought 10 sheets of the thin colored card board at 12 1/2 [cents] each.
Rewrote the rules for passing in INFINITE PLANE during day.
Tried to call Jerry D'Arcey. Not in.
In Jim Morgan's letter he said that the game that he had
thought was osmething like AIRLINE was actuallya "war type
card GAME.
(cont.from 6/1) [6/1]
each one seperately, but we didn't use it.
( A good fast-moving game for a large group. I won 11 [cents].)
