Called Sam Span about CARRE. He was just cleaning up unfinished
business and wished me luck when I told him it was sold. If he
does decide to go in for games, and he probably won't, he would
like to see what I have available.
Rcd. a letter from Phil Orbanes. He couldn't find his copy of
INVEST, probably loaned to someone and not returned, but
hopes to be able to locate it. Renwal, it seems, will be wanting
many non-war games. Wants me work on a playing mechanism
for DOUBLE THINK and they will supply a historical setting.
He is sending me a copy of the new VIET NAM.
He will probably be visiting again by June.
Played PATTERNS II with BB, Dale, Dana, & Debbie. Seems to
work O.K.
Tried a little of Haar Hoolim's MUSKETEERS, by myself. It
seems good. I would like to use it in the book but
it might be good for Stancraft.
