WEDNESDAY 7 FEBRUARY
1968 38th day - 328 days to come
Called Ideal about the royalty for CASE OF THE ELUSIVE ASSASSIN.
Was told that it was $120 and they'd get it right out.
Alice called. Arnold her answered her letter but didn't answer her
question about what is the status of CINEMA & NOMINATION. Alice is
sending him another letter and will ask him again. Arnold says
they are waiting for the "Big Decision."
Claude called to cancel our getting together tomorrow.
The set of ACQUIRE that I asked Bill Bentzin for yesterday came. It has the
new rules. Also the chain markers now have an identifying initial.
A cheaper grade of cardboard is used for the stock certificates.
(cont. from 2/9) [2/9]
Looked at SPECTRUM and think I will have Alice send it to
Champion.
Played ISOLATION and ON LINE with BB and the kids. Used the
6 x 4 board for both, tho the latter should have an irregular
board so that playing positions are not lost by symetry.
Both played well.
Looked thru Claude's games to make sure he hadn't had the
ON LINE idea.
