                                                FRIDAY 20 MAY 1966
140th day - 225 days to come
Made plastic pcs. for use in RED LETTER.
Took the DINERS CLUB GAME, THE box for packaging AIRLINE.
Put the former game pcs. in a small box.
In Martin's bought black contact for covering boxes.
Playing around with CORRAL (see 5/19). Used a 7 x 7 grid.
A player forces a win when he has two ways of completing
a square. A method of scoring would be to multiply the
size of one square by the other.
[DIAGRAM OF A 7 x 7 MATRIX OF DOTS. THE DOT IN THE EXACT CENTER IS CIRCLED AND MARKED WITH A NOTE: "Ability to play this space would score 3 x 1 = 3". SIX OF THE DOTS IN THE LOWER LEFT QUADRANT ARE MARKED WITH X'S. A LINE IS DRAWN BENEATH BOTTOM LEFT CORNER DOT AND THE CENTER BOTTOM DOT AND IS MARKED WITH A 3.]
Seems like a rather interesting game.
