TUESDAY 7 DECEMBER
1965 341st day - 24 days to come
Called Alice with some simplifications of the scoring
for GO AND SEE. "See" cards should be 100, 50,
or 25 points. Do not score for "Go" cards. "Go" cards
with no "See" cards are eliminated before checking
a player's trip. 100 points are lost for each skipped
city. 250 300 points for completing.
[265-5450]
Rcd. call from Jane Nichol of Granada (British
commercial) TV. Wants to come tomorrow to take
pictures of my room and my "off-beat" games.
Rcd. call from Mike McGrady of Newsday,
the L.I. newspaper. Interviewed me for an article
in a near future edition. Will send me clippings.
Also suggested that next year I send in an article
on games for consideration by their Sunday
supplement.
He asked if I'd heard of a game THE LAST MILE,
based on electrocution. He said it had been mentioned
in his office. If he finds out anything further
he will let me know.
