Saturday 31 July 1965
212th day - 153 days to come
Rcd. $343.61 check from 3M, 2nd Quarter report on
ACQUIRE.
Played 2 games of JATI with Dana. Played several
games of BREAKTHRU with myself. Both seemed
interesting.
Thinking of ideas for making MR. PRESIDENT a bigger
games. Add block cards which can be bid for
and which give players a specific advantage t in
a given block of states. Also include a map
in which players put a marker when they win a
state. In vying for a new state, get one extra
point for each adjacent state you control. State
cards would have to be turned one at a time,
and a different system of bidding cards would be
required.
Called Bob Abbott. Nothing new with him. Told him
of Popular Science article and that WHAT'S THAT ON
MY HEAD? would probably be in it - Alice having
talked to the writer.
