FRIDAY 14 MAY
1965 134th day - 231 days to come
Rcd. a FOCUS order.
Bob & Helen over. Bob had the May edition of "MD Magazine."
It had a fairly long article on games and mentioned
Bob in some length. He will get me a xerox copy.
Played AIRLINE, including Dana. It ran over 3 hours but kept
up the interest. Bob was trying to make all kinds of
deals in connection with the bidding and I think it
would be preferable to prohibit any discussion of deals
from the beginning to the end of a player's turn.
At one time Bob was sent to Portland Me. He used
a "Purchase Order" to buy the hop and then before his
next turn gave it back to the bank, thereby getting
a free ride out. Possibly it might be preferable to
prohibit returning a hop to the bank, unless no op-
ponent will put in a minimum bid of $50.
In selli putting up 2 frozen out hops for auction,
they can be put up together or separately.
Am considering eliminating all choice cards from
the game in order to speed up the game.
