Saturday 30 January 1965
F.D. Roosevelt - Born 1882
30th day - 335 days to come
Went thru the following magazines.
Playthings : - Sept., Oct., Dec. '64, Jan. '65
Toys & Novelties : - Nov.15, Dec. 1 '64, Jan. 1, Jan. 15 '65
Filed following games in Ad Clippings : -
BIRDIE GOLF GAME (Barris)
ROAD RACING GAME, FOUR LANE (Trans.)
TRAIL BLAZER GAME, FESS PARKER (Trans.)
SCRABBLE CROSSWORD CUBES (S & R)
PROBE (P.)
TREASURE HUNT (Magic Wand Corp.)
BEWITCHED (Game Gems Inc.)
Bob & Helen here for evening.
Gave Bob a copy of ACQUIRE.
Played L.O.A. with Helen & with Bob.
Played BLITZ (Bob doesn't care for COLUMNS any more) with both
of them individually.
Played AIRLINE. Used rules of 1/20/64. Dana liked it. I sort of
but thought it was too long. Helen and Bob preferred the old
starting proceedure. Then Bob thought of auctioning the line that
the player going to the city chose. I thought this would slow
the game endlessly.
