Spoke to Bernie Newman. He reluctantly agreed that for
the distribution that Whitman will give FOCUS it is probably
worth while giving them the game without royalties. As
soon as I get some games in shape we are to present
them to Ed-U-Cards. I insisted that he take an agent's
fee.
