DECEMBER 1974 - TUESDAY 31
NEW YEAR'S EVE - 365TH DAY
Short letter from Graeme Levin. Hasn't got an answer from LOGICA, Hasn't rcd.[received] copies of PATTON, MACARTHUR, and HOLIDAY. Mentioned COLORITO.
Short letter from Walter Haas. Mentions AUSGETRICKST. The rest is about stamps. Enclosed photo of himself.
Called R.G.I. Bob Gellman still on vacation so asked Stan about royalty check for PATTON, MACARTHUR, and HOLIDAY. He is working on it now and hopes to have it in the mail Friday. Called M.B. to contact Terry Seymour. She is reached at the M.B. switchboard, but she is on vacation. Left word to have her call me when she gets back.
At Pathmark bought another 8 packages of 5" x 3" index cards at 25¢ [cents] each.
Drew up a board for VASARELY using the poster I bought at a bazaar as a guide.
Played with BB, Dave & Barbara Horn, using wooden squares instead of coloring in, Limited play to two "cubes" at a time - which is plenty complicated. When a player completes a "cube" he scores one point for each opponent's space in the "cube." It played well and they liked it.
Gave the Horns of copy of THE SIX PACK OF PAPER AND PENCIL GAMES with a quick sketch of the missing illustrations.
Call from Jerry D'Arcey. He will probably be in New York on 1/8 so we will have some time to get together. He is going around the country on his consulting job. If Alice comes east with him she will visit relatives in Washington.
Apologized for not sending cards to him on Frank Thibault yet.
Rcd.[received] a copy of the new edition of David Kribs' BEAT THE MARKET with a letter and quite a few clippings.
