2 SATURDAY - DECEMBER 1972
337TH DAY - 29 DAYS TO COME
Added a green border to the paths in JUNGLE RACE. BB
says that it is now much easier to see.
Rcd. [received] a copy of the letter Leonard Willet sent to N.Y. State.
At a bazaar bought the following four games for a total of
$5.75:- FERRY COMMAND (M.B.), SKOOP (Lowell), KOMMISSAR (S & R),
and NO PEEKIE (Ideal).
Also bought 4 plastic viewers called "Reflections" for a $1.50 total.
Also bought 2- 5,000 staple boxes for $1.00, and 25 pads for $1.
Felicia called me in the evening. Didn't get a chance to call before.
Told her about Stan Chess, George Bredehorn, and CLUE-WORDS
and MULLIGAN. She had word from her answering service, that
she had a call from a Stan Chess, but when she called she just
got a (very pleasant) secretary. Now she'll know what it is a-
bout when he calls again.
I brought up the matter of her call on 11/24. Dynamic Design
wants to copy 3M as close as they can get away with, but
she'll protect her clients.
Ennio V. Racinelli will be in town next week to look at things.
She'll let me know when as soon as she hears. I suggested my
bringing FREE FORM and THE BRAIN GAME and possibly a rework
of ONE AT A TIME BY THE MILLIONS. They are also interested in
puzzles.
Felicia didn't go into details, but I gather that Lillian Voegelin
was approach[ed] by Benko and Goldfarb (who have an operation like
Marvin Glass) to work with them. At first Felicia was angry
but then told Lillian to do what she thought would be best for
her. Lillian decided to stay with Felicia. (Ideal is not going
into adult games.)
Later thought of bringing FOREIGN INTRIGUE for Ennio Racinelli
to look at.
Went over Sample Games III and I for STRATO TAC-TICS and
made a listing of the errors to send to Walter Dykoski.
